Amenorrhea: That's possible to be pregnant. However, the pill is often times a cause of amenorrhea (no period). For many women this is a positive benefit of pill use. It is not harmful to have no period while on the pill. One of the ways the pill works is to thin the lining of your uterus (endometrium) and cause lighter or absent periods.
