Not likely: Gastrointestinal illnesses, especially mild ones, may cause enlargement of lymph nodes deep inside the abdomen, but would not be expected to cause lymph node enlargement in places which can be seen or examined easily. Persistent new lumps anywhere warrant medical assessment.
