Gas: Depends on how long it has been going on. This can range from lactose I tolerance to something like Giardiasis which produces a lot of gas with your description. If you have not changed your diet dramatically, stool studies might be necessary.

I've been eating healthy but continue with persistent nausea, gas, and loose stools. Stools are brown but formless resembling aerated soil and sinks rather than floats. EGD, blood tests, CT scan, X-rays all normal. Diagnosed with mild gastritis.
