Clavus: A clavus is a thickening of skin caused by friction and or repeated pressure. I am not quite sure what a "prayer clavus"is. However, treatment for clavus is to modify the activity or cover the area which is getting thickened. Skin creams can also help.

Prayer Clavus: Assume that you have thickened skin on your forehead as the result of pressure from your hands while in prayer. Does it cause pain? Is it ulcerated? What is your specific question? Please clarify and re-ask. Take care.
