A member asked:

Can you use kaletra (lopinavir and ritonavir) and combivir when you pregnant ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: These medications are used to treat hiv. Antiviral medications are recommended in pregnancy in order to reduce transmission to the baby. There is no evidence that either kaletra (lopinavir and ritonavir) or Combivir cause harm.
