That drug decreases the conversion of testosterone to estrogens(mostly in that fatty tissues), so in that way whatever testosterone is around stays around longer, thus altering the testosterone/estrogen ratios. You could think of it as an increase of testosterone or a decrease in estrogens or both. Other people try to lose weight

Not really!: It prevents its conversion to 17-beta-estradiol by blocking cyclic aromatase! This can therefore keep higher levels!
