Is it someway possible to regrow hair on bald spots at home without using any medicine or surgery? do massaging or various oils work?

No: Forget the massaging and magic potions. You're eighteen, and if you've lost patches of hair, you either have telogen effluvium or alopecia areata. The one self-cures, the other is basically untreatable. Your physician is your best guide.
