Why?: In what context are you measuring your BP? If you do not have Hypertension, may be you should not, as you found out, as you have more questions than answers. A "true" differential BP of 10-15 mm usually does NOT represent blockages and are more likely related to errors in the method you are using. If you are a healthy 32 yo female without HBP: PLEASE quit measuring it or you will truly get sick.
