Nasal dryness: I like Rhinaris spray or gel. The propylene glycol/plyethylene glycol spray lubricates the inside of the nose gently. Vasoline can work if this is unavailable but it is a bit thicker. Saline sprays can help. The nose needs moisture. Get a humidifier just make sure to clean it.
