Depends: The only cancer screen that I think a guy needs is an annual check for occult blood in the stool and maybe occasional colonoscopy. Yearly HIV checks are opt-out and recommended for adults generally. If the guy isn't symptomatic, there's no reason to throw money down the drain testing for stuff.
