Not a treatment: Putting yogurt in the vagina is not a good idea particularly if the yogurt has any sugar in it. Sugar could aggravate any vaginal infection. Be sure your infection is yeast as bacteria can cause vaginal discomfort and discharge as well. If a yeast infection is confirmed, a pill called Diflucan (fluconazole) or a vaginal insert medication like Clotrimazole or micronazole. See MD.
