Not ok to mix: Taking a tranquillizer after consuming alcohol is not recommended and could be dangerous. Drinking alcohol can raise blood pressure.

None: No tranquilizer is OK mixed with wine. Do not take any. If you are having symptoms from elevated blood pressure like blurry vision, shortness of breath, chest pain, or lightheadedness, or severe headache, you need to go to the ER now.
