Specialty referral: This is a question that needs to be addressed without delay by your multidiciplinary team. Both the pain management people and perhaps the radiation oncologist who can manage local bone pain ("spot-welding") may have something to offer. Most such pain can be handled with opiates when the "war on drugs" doesn't interfere. You have my sympathy. Best wishes.
