Not enough history.: Do you get spams or cramps when you have a period? This may be the case now. One other thing to consider is bowel spasm. Do you have irritable bowel? It can feel the same sometimes. Please see your gyn for a good pelvic exam especialliy if you never had one. Best wishes.
