Muscle twitches: There are diff types of muscle twitches- those that move the limb, and those that you can see or feel under skin but do not move your limb. The latter are v common- called fasciculations and myokymia. Stress, caffeine, lack of sleep, overworking muscles, some meds can cause these. Some people are more prone.
