Technique: You're going to have some swelling after any kind of sexual activity that's exciting enough to lead to ejaculation -- including intercourse and oral sex. A smart man who's enjoying his body varies his technique to prepare himself for a variety of partners. Try a very light grip / two-finger pressure and plenty of lube. Talk to some other guys -- maybe even Dad.
