Why is my eye so bloodshot and painful?

Many things: Unfortunately there is limited space here for discussion and an eye exam is important. Could be as simple as a corneal abrasian but it could also be infection, inflammation, high eye pressure. Best way to narrow this down is with an exam. Do this immediately if your vision is affected. Good luck.
