Pain in breast: Pain in one area of the breast can indicate a number of things: It can indicate a cut or pimple on the skin, bruising from bras or physical activity, a lump or cyst below the skin that may need to be evaluated, or a developing infection. A exam by a doctor and a mammogram are both good ideas
