Not Safe!: Children with autism are particularly prone to this. Danger is everywhere for them. Sometimes this is simply being preoccupied with a book while crossing a street. It could be a conversation with a dangerous adult which puts him at risk to be abducted. Their natural curiosity and trust/willingness to talk to others can be an issue. Social skills training is a must here for the child!
