I noticed groin lumps and not sure what's up/?

Dont Know: Having groin lumps could be a hernia, but having more than one is more likely to be inflammed lymph nodes. Inflammed lymph nodes are from infection or something along that line, in the leg or pelvis. A hernia will usually change size with strenuous activities and go away by morning.

Could be: Could be ingrown hairs or enlarged lymph nodes. See your doctor!
