What you can do is try a nasal steroid over the counter or an anti allergy pill like Claritin or Allegra. Zyrtec can be overly sedating and you should avoid the decongestants like sudafed as it raises the blood pressure. If that doesn't work see an ENT doctor that does allergy and they will check you.
