A member asked:

Mucus from throat what are the causes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mucus: It could be 'postnasal drainage' from your nose, like allergies or sinus infection. Or it could be productive sputum from cough, esp in a chronic smoker. If not coughing, then more likely a nasal drainage problem.
