Why could someone's heart feels like it's burning?

Question: Heartburn is actually a gastroesophageal symptom, not a heart symptom. There is no particular heart pain that is typically described as 'burning'. That said, there is a lot of variation in how people describe what they are feeling and some doubtless describe real cardiac discomfort as burning.
