More info needed..: Gingival hyperplasia can be caused by certain medications or inflammation from periodontal problems. You should see a local dentist to be diagnosed. There is nothing you can personally do to "cut them back". Please call for an appointment.

See your dentist: Several causes of gingival hyperplasia are known, and the most recognized is AEDs drug-induced gingival enlargement. See your dentist for evaluation and medication adjustment.
