Why am i always cold & tired?

Cold: Hard to know until you see a doctor who will take your medical history, what foods you are eating, what meds you are on, etc. You will then be examined and lab tests will be ordered. Once you both know if there is something that needs treating or you need to see a specialist all things should fall into place.
