Where should someone get "swabbed" for streptococci, staphylococci and e. coli?

Depends: Why do you need to be swabbed? Streptococci usually cause sore throat, staphylococci cause skin infections and e coli is normally present in the colon. It would depend on what the lesion is and where it is.
