Maca: I would expect that "Peruvian Ginseng" could be purchased on line and possibly at some health food grocers. Maca root is reportedly used for fatigue, ^ fertility, menstrual issues, ^ stamina, erectile dysfunction, to treat cancers etc. I can not personally vouch for it's effectiveness.
