What's the difference between a neurological disorder and a mental disorder?

No good answer: There is not a good answer to this question. Generally, we use the term neurological to indicate the physical structure of the central nervous system. The term mental usually means having to do with emotional disorders. however, these are not truly separate and the physical affects the emotional and visa versa.
