Liver Disease: The cells of the liver are called the parenchymal cells and make up the bulk of the liver. Therefore, this means that you have disease of the liver cells. Other cells in the liver include the bile duct cells (cholangiocytes), white blood cells (Kupffer cells), and storage cells (stellate cells).
