Fixed lingual retainer, Nance holding arch, Lingual braces, Space maintainer, etc. Not enough room here to list all possibilities. If you have a fixed appliance behind your front teeth it is imperative that it be examined at least once a year to assure that you do not have bonding failure. Have your Dentist check it at your next regular check-up, which you should have every 6 months.
