Treponema: T. Pertenue causes Yaws disease.
T. Pallidum causes Syphilis.
Other Treponemas are T. Carateum which causes Pinta.
Main species of those bacteria is calle T. Pallidum. All other names are subspecies of that, to include;
T.P. Pertenue , T.P. Pallidum, T.P. Carateum.
