Intersex: True hermaphrodite has both testicular tissue & ovarian gonadal tissue. Can be "ovotestes" (gonads with ovarian & testicular or ovary on one side & testis on other. Anatomy varies with any combination of male & female structures. Pseudohermaphrodite has either testes or ovaries can be masculinized female with ovaries & large penile appearing clitoris or testes with tiny hypospadias or micropenis.
