Should i do sea salt soaks or the ear care antiseptic to clean my ears?

Neither: The ear canals are self cleaning structures. The skin of the ear canals and eardrums migrate toward the outer opening automatically as the dead skin cells are replaced by new skin cells. Rarely does the ear canal become blocked unless the individual is using cotton applicators, tissue paper, paper clips, bobby pins, pencils, hearing aids or letter openers which tend to push wax into the ear canal.
