Genitalia: That is an unusual question for a 45 year old woman - the development is much earlier in life and menopause will kick in over the next 5-10 years. If you are a man looking for gender identity change make an appointment to see a Psychologist. Only if she/he agrees with your desire should you be referred to a clinician. Most such patients I see are much younger than 45.
