Poliosis: Most commonly genetic and usually not associated with a medical condition. There are some medical conditions that have poliosis in their constellation of findings but you would also have things like vitiligo (skin depigmentation), hearing loss, and different color irises. I am assuming you don't have these since you didn't mention them. Take care.
