Too many things: to give a complete list but hemorrhoids, fissures, proctitis, colitis, colon polyps, colon cancer, diverticular disease are just a few. Remember it is NEVER normal to have rectal bleeding so do not ignore and go get an evaluation by your PCP, GYN, or a GI or Colon and rectal Surgeon ASAP.
