Is your circadian rhythm set in stone or can you change it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Circadian rhythym: You most likely can't change it quickly but you can over time. If your work schedule is fixed as a 8-10 hour time and is always at day time or night time you can't really change your rhythm. However a sleeping pill at bedtime for a few days should help. If you work some days and some nights things get tougher and a sleeping pill after one of those shifts should help.
