How do doctors treat spd (semantic pragmatic disorder)?

Social (Pragmatic): Communication Disorder by DSM-V criteria = persistently impaired verbal & non-verbal social communication at 4-5 yrs. & up NOT caused by Autistic Spectrum Disorder or Intellectual Disability. It often co-exists with Early Language Disorder &/or Specific Language Impairment; also with ADHD, ODD & Specific Learning Disorder & family hx. of same. Thorough evaluation drives individualized treatment.
