Depends on "virgin": "Virgin" means different things to different people. Most STDs by far are transmitted by vaginal or anal sex -- so a woman who has not had a penis inside her vagina or rectum has at least very low risk. But if she has had oral sex, there is slight risk. If no oral sex as well as vaginal or anal, then there is no chance of STD.
