Yes!: Two vaccines against human papilloma virus are available (Gardasil and Cervarix). Both protect against the two HPV types that cause cervical, anal, vaginal, and vulvar cancers. These HPV types also cause most HPV related oral cancers. Gardasil also protects against the HPVs that cause most genital warts. HPV vaccines are expected to prevent HPV induced cancers in these areas.
