I have a headache and it hurts my eyes as well. If I tilt my head quickly it hurts more in the center of forehead and behind eyes.

Headache: Sounds like a muscle tension headache or migraine type headache. Take a Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin now and use a cool compress. If it does not get better over time and is in the same place then see the doctor and get some meds for migraines . Good luck
