May need surgery: Since you are under the care of a dermatologist, I imagine that there was an investigation as to why you have thinning/no eyebrows. Do you have hair loss anywhere else? If other medications have been tried and exhausted, you may need to consult with a facial plastic or hair restoration surgeon to discuss surgical options.

First question is: do you have a cause for eyebrow loss? is this thyroid related, or alopecia areata. if you don't have a reason, see board certified dermatologist for diagnosis first
