Runny nose in cold: This is characteristic of vasomotor rhinitis, where a runny nose or just nasal obstruction is triggered by environmental issues ,fumes,spicy food, emotions,lights It can be treated with topical anitcholinergics, astelin,topical corticosteroids or cromolyn. Discuss with MD/urgent care
