I have a heart ache almost every morning when i wake up. i also have a feeling like something is running in my veins. what is this? thank you.

Heart ache: Maybe reflux. Do you drink a lot of sodas, alcohol caffeine?Eat fatty or spicy foods smoke? These all predispose to reflux so are best avoided. Consider raising head of bed, trying ranitidine and/or prevecid before bed .May also be SOB from sleep apnea ,asthma ( if you have a history)or rarely cardiac from mitral valve prolapse a very common variant.
