You mean eat them?: If you mean eat them, I don't think this would be good for you, pregnant or not! If you mean just burn them, I don't think there is any evidence that would be harmful to you or the unborn baby. Good health to you!

Better not use: Even though we are not sure of its effect on the fetus.But one thing is sure for it to do any harm you have to burn a stick at least twice a day and directly inhale the smoke.So the hype about it being unsafe during pregnancy is probably far fetched. I feel since it is not such a big deal it may be just better not to burn incense sticks daily but occasional will not do any harm
