It's kind of hard to explain, but i got into a fight and someone punched me in my left eyebrow and i got about an 1/2 inch cut. it was bleeding horribly. it healed but underneath the skin it feels like something is there where the cut was. like its catile

May be scar/hematoma: I don't know what do you mean by like it is catile.But if it was a clean cut without any chance of foreign bogy.And it healed completely than what you are you are feeling most probably is the scar.The other possibility is a persistant hematoma(clotted Blood) If it is hematoma you will fee a small firm lump If you are concerned have it checked by your doctor
