Surgery on bi-cep tendon tear 1-2-15 takes nexium, (esomeprazole) diovan, crestor, metformin and ibuprofen- when and what should he stop before surgery?

None except the : Ibuprofen as the surgeon may not want have any extra surgical bleeding that aspirin or similar drugs like the NSAIDs as well as specific blood thinners like Coumadin (warfarin) and newer agents.
