Probably!: A two-hour delay in taking your pill will probably not put you at risk for pregnancy - unless you've missed other pills during this cycle. I have seen women who take their pills a couple of hours later than usual, and have experienced breakthrough spotting/bleeding. Some couples elect to use condoms and birth control pills together. Not a bad idea if you find you are worrying a lot about this!

Yes: You are still protected but may have some break thru bleeding. You might try setting an alarm on your phone to help you remember. It works for a lot of my patients. Hope this helps.
