Ovary area could: Include gastrointestinal abnormalities dice they both lie in the same area.You would have to try to distinguish from your other symptoms what organ maybe the source of your discomfort.

No not normal: It is not normal to have pain for over a week. I will recommend you consult your Primary Care Doctor to find out the cause.It may ba due to an infection or a tumor or a cyst or something else You will need a detailed history of pain and examination and may need imaging and blood/urine test if indicated to find the cause of pain for more than a week
