Sore and itchy: Bleeding that is not your expected menstruation should be investigated with your doctor. Could be a variety of this such as infection,( sounds likely here), changes in weight, structural abnormalities such as polyps, even more sinister things like hyperplasia and cancer. In your case sounds like a yeast infection but again, investigation by your doctor is appropriate.
